Septic Tank Pumping Cost in Oklahoma City (2026)
Septic tank pumping (also called septic tank cleaning) usually runs $275 to $600 in the OKC metro, based on the published ranges in the table below (SepticSeeker Oklahoma City; NeedSeptic Oklahoma City). SepticSeeker notes that a full cleaning, rather than a standard pump-out, can run 20 to 40 percent more (SepticSeeker Oklahoma City). Homeowners in Piedmont and on the acreage edges of Moore see the same metro ranges.
These are prices companies and cost sites publish, collected Oct 2026. They are not quotes. Tank size, access, soil and how overdue the tank is all change the price.

Repairs and cleaning
SepticSeeker lists common OKC-area repairs such as baffle replacement, a riser, effluent filter work or lid repair at about $200 to $800 each, and bigger jobs like tank wall patching or drain field rehabilitation at $1,500 to $5,000 or more (SepticSeeker). It says a full tank cleaning, where the walls and baffles are washed down, usually costs 20 to 40 percent more than a standard pump-out because it takes longer and hauls more waste.
Why do septic pumping prices vary in OKC?
One OKC company says bigger homes and badly overdue tanks are what push the price up. Yarbrough & Sons says its $500 flat rate covers homes with four bedrooms or fewer, and that larger homes and badly overdue tanks may cost more (Yarbrough & Sons). Cyclone Septic notes that Oklahoma does not license septic inspectors, so ask who is doing a home-sale inspection and what training they have (Cyclone Septic).
Aerobic maintenance contracts
New aerobic systems come with a 2-year service agreement from the installer that includes at least 4 inspection visits; after that, the owner pays unless the contract is renewed (City of Edmond aerobic maintenance page). We did not find enough published local prices for a renewal to give a fair range. Ask for the yearly price, the number of visits and whether chlorine is included.
